Refund Policy – Elite Perfumes

At Elite Perfumes, your satisfaction means everything to us. We want you to feel confident and delighted with every fragrance you purchase. However, due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.

 

Selecting the Right Fragrance

Choosing a perfume online can be tricky — we get it. That’s why we offer:

  • Detailed scent notes and descriptions on every product page

These tools are designed to help you select a scent that suits your personal preferences before purchasing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

What to do:

  1. Email us at info@eliteperfumes.com.au
  2. Include your full name, order number, and photos clearly showing the issue
  3. Once verified, we’ll promptly organise a replacement or appropriate resolution

Please note that any damage claims received after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot verify delayed reports.

 

What We Cannot Refund

Due to hygiene standards and product safety, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items bought on sale or via discount codes
  • Travel-size, sample vials or testers
