The Most Generous Returns Policy in Fragrance

At Elite Perfumes, we believe that shopping online should be simple and risk-free. That’s why we offer one of Australia’s most generous returns policies. You have up to 100 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Login to your account at eliteperfumes.com.au and navigate to the relevant order.
  2. Request a return through the order history section.
  3. Once your return is approved, safely package the items.
  4. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office.
  5. When we receive your return, our warehouse team will inspect it within 24 hours.
  6. A refund will then be automatically processed to your original payment method.

If you haven't heard from us within 10 business days of lodging your return, please contact our support team for assistance.

Important: Please do not return any item without submitting a return request in your account. This ensures a smoother and faster processing experience.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Tester bottles
  • Sample vials
  • Miniature or travel sprays under 20ml
  • Products purchased on sale, with discounts, or promo codes

 

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind? No worries — we’ve got you.

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at your own cost.
  • No restocking or handling fees apply.
  • You’ll be refunded the full product amount once we’ve received and inspected your item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
