Yes, all our perfumes are guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and brands including Lattafa, Ard Al Zaafaran, and more.
2. How long does delivery take? ▶
We ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in Australia takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges? ▶
Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unopened and unused items. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
4. Can I try samples before buying a full bottle? ▶
Yes! We offer sample packs so you can test different fragrances before purchasing a full-size bottle. Check the "Sample Sets" under Shop.
5. What’s the difference between EDP, EDT, and perfume oils? ▶
EDP (Eau de Parfum) has a higher fragrance concentration than EDT (Eau de Toilette), making it last longer. Perfume oils are the most concentrated and are applied directly to the skin.
6. What is your return and refund policy? ▶
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Refunds are processed in 3–5 business days after inspection.
